BY PURCHASING ART RETREATS YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to Art Retreats (“Art Retreat”). By proceeding to purchase any of the Art Retreats,, classes, or any service(s), you (the “User”) acknowledge and agree to be obliged by the following Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time, after providing notice to you. The User agrees to be bound by any future amendments made to the Terms and Conditions. The User can review the most current version of the Terms and conditions at any time by accessing the “Terms and Conditions” link on the Art Retreat website.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable.

IF CANCELING 46 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO RETREAT START DATE:
Payments are eligible (but not guaranteed) for refunds, with the exception of the all nonrefundable deposits.

IF CANCELING 45 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO RETREAT START DATE:
All payments are NOT refundable.
There are NO refunds or transference of payments to other services available for any reason including, but not limited to: weather, natural disaster, pandemics, acts of terrorism, flight delays or cancellation, health conditions; medical, personal, family, work emergencies; change of mind. This includes all Covid-related cancellations (illness, travel, border flight, quarantines, lockdowns, etc).

COVID
All deposits and admin fees are nonrefundable. This includes all Covid related cancellations including, but not limited to: flight/changes/cancellations/delays, illness, lockdowns, quarantines, border closings, travel requirements, health requirements, negative tests, etc.

We do not require teachers, volunteers, or students to wear masks during the retreat.

Art Retreat is not responsible nor liable for any retreat participant who contracts Covid (any strain) before, during, or after the retreat.

INSTRUCTOR CANCELLATION POLICY
Students will be refunded (with the exception of non-refundable deposit) should the Retreat Host need to cancel the retreat for any reason including but not limited to: illness, physical deterioration, weather, natural disaster, acts of terrorism, flight delays or cancellation, health conditions; medical, personal, family, work emergencies.

Students FLIGHT(S) and/or ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION COSTS and/or GENERAL TRAVEL EXPENSES will NOT be reimbursed should the instructor cancel the retreat.

The additional purchase of TRAVEL INSURANCE is highly recommended to provide the utmost protection for all students, and to prevent financial loss.


DISCLAIMERS (ROOMS)

Must be 18 years or older to join.

With some retreats, we are renting different accommodation, so every room may vary slightly. Size & amenities may vary, so the price per room differs. .
If you have specific requests or needs for your room, we will do our BEST to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee.
ALL ROOMS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE- so the sooner you sign up, the more likely your needs will be fulfilled.
If you do not have a roommate you will be paired with another guest who is not yet assigned a roommate.
If you do not specify that you are booking for two guests during checkout we will assume you are a single guest booking a shared bed.


DISCLAIMERS (GENERAL)

The total cost paid is for one space on the retreat (covering room, food, transportation that is included).
Art Retreat is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items.
rt Retreat is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing sponsored items.
Art Retreat is not responsible for airline cancellations, missed flights, or transportation issues prior to the retreat.
Sponsored items are free, and not included in total cost of retreat ( you cannot request for partial or total refund for not receiving sponsored items).
All reservations and bookings are first come first serve.
All prices are the same for each guest (with the exception of Early Bird Pricing)
VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED if you are leaving your home country to attend retreat.
Retreat deposit (any amount requested at check out) is non-fundable for any circumstances (including Covid related occurrences).

You have until 46 days before the retreat to request any refunds (all deposits are nonrefundable for any circumstances, including Covid related events and changes).
Travel insurance is NOT included in the price of the retreat, and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for ultimate protection
If you do not specify who your roommate is we will assume you are open to any guest.
You must pay your total retreat balance at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date by using our booking website (CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED UPON ARRIVAL).
You must sign and return Liability Waiver and Retreat Contract BEFORE the retreat start date.

Art Retreat is not responsible nor liable for any retreat participant who contracts Covid (any strain) before, during, or after the retreat.



THIRD PARTY VENDORS

During the retreats, there will be third-party vendors providing services, including catering, transportation, and lodging. Art Retreat is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any of these vendors. Although Art Retreat strives to provide the best services and products available, Art Retreat has no control over such third party vendors and Art Retreat is not responsible or liable for any products, materials, or services, or the lack thereof. The user further acknowledges and agrees that Art Retreat is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on such third party vendors, goods or services.


ARBITRATION

Any claim, controversy, or dispute of any kind between the user and Art Retreat and/or any of its employees, agents, affiliates, or other representative, shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration.

JURISDICTION

All terms of these Terms and Agreements shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. The parties hereby submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Delaware in any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to Art Retreat.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of these Terms and Conditions which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are severable. In lieu thereof, there shall be added a provision as similar in terms to such illegal, invalid and unenforceable provision as may be possible and be legal, valid and enforceable.

UNCONDITIONAL AND FULL GENERAL RELEASE

USER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD GLOW, ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES HARMLESS FROM ANY LIABILITY RESULTING FROM THE NEGLIGENT ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF GLOW, ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES AND FROM ANY SUIT, CLAIM, ACTION, COUNTERCLAIM, LOSS, EXPENSE OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHATSOEVER AS A RESULT OF CLAIMS, DEMANDS, COSTS OR JUDGMENTS ARISING OUT OF THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ART RETREAT AND ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES.

USER FURTHER HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD GLOW, ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES HARMLESS FROM ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, JUDGMENT, LIABILITY OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING LEGAL FEES) SUFFERED BY OR RENDERED AGAINST ART RETREAT ON ACCOUNT OF ANYTHING ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES PURCHASED BY USER OR ART RETREAT.
